By accepting a quote, placing an order, or proceeding with installation,
you agree to the following terms.
Quotes and pricing
All quotations are subject to site inspection, grid approval, and final system design.
Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
Deposits and payments
A deposit may be required to secure equipment and installation scheduling.
Full payment must be received prior to system commissioning unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation timeframes
Estimated installation dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to weather,
equipment availability, grid approvals, or safety requirements.
STCs and rebates
Any Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) or government incentives are assigned to
Smart Reserve as part of the system discount. Eligibility depends on compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ownership of goods
Ownership of the system remains with Smart Reserve until full payment is received.
Performance expectations
System output depends on roof orientation, shading, weather, usage patterns, and electricity tariffs.
Savings estimates are indicative only.
Warranty claims
Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with manufacturer warranties and Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation
Orders cancelled after equipment allocation may incur restocking or administrative fees.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Force majeure
Smart Reserve is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including supply shortages, regulatory delays, or natural events.
